Terms and Conditions

On and off the homestead, virtual and real life,  we have similar rules. These will be updated as life inspires us!

• Homestead is 18+
• Not everyone is welcome at our homestead. 
• Appointments Only Please. If you could email or message us we would appreciate it. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service and decline interactions
• Family on the homestead is first. Friends are second. Everyone else is our choice on the homestead. 
• We are not for everyone and will not pretend to be.
• Abuse (verbal, physical, mental, etc) will not be tolerated. 
• No religion, politics, soliciting, etc on the homestead.
• You will be recorded on Homestead Properties. There are cameras and drones. By going on properties you authorize consent. 
• No Trespassing on all Homestead properties. 
• Livestock are not to be handled or touched without permission.
